      Whistler Hiking

Beneath the spectacular mountains lies an equally beautiful valley.

This tour is set in Whistler, the world-class mountain resort that co-hosted the 2010 Winter Olympic Games with Vancouver. In addition to winter sports, Whistler also offers incredible things to do in summer, with multiple hiking opportunities and many other exciting recreational activities. Better yet, they are all based out of an enchanting pedestrian village.

      • Highlights

        Three Full-Day Alpine Hikes

Our group will spend 3 days together in the high alpine with professional local guides. The first will be an introduction to both mountains, the second will be further back on Blackcomb and the third will be further up on Whistler.

        A Day in the Valley

Beneath the spectacular mountains lies an equally beautiful valley. We will hike the Valley Trail from Meadow Park all the way to Whistler Creek.

        À la Carte Day:

One week isn’t nearly enough time to enjoy all of Whistler’s special activities, so we’re offering one full day for guests to choose the special thing they really want to do. We’ll talk about options, and our Tour Director will help with the planning.

        Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre

DeLuxe Hiking tours also include cultural elements. In this case, we will visit and have dinner at this breathtaking indigenous cultural centre.

        Winter Olympic Facilities

Who doesn’t want their photo taken with the five rings? Whistler is proud of its Olympic heritage, and it’s evident throughout the village.

        Horseshoe Bay & Brandywine Falls

Even though they aren’t in Whistler, we thought we’d add a couple of bonus stops. On our way up to Whistler, we will smell the salt air and see a bit of the BC coast in Horseshoe Bay. Later on, we will also stretch our legs during a walk to Brandywine Falls.

        Stanley Park

How could we drive through world famous Stanley Park twice and not stop? On our way back to Vancouver Airport, we will get to see some of the interior trails through the rain forest and finish with a stroll along the Sea Wall.
